You must be at least 18 years old to use Wasl. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permitted Use

Wasl is designed exclusively for legitimate business matchmaking between founders and investors. Users may not use the platform for fraudulent activities or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from: misrepresenting their identity, uploading false information, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the platform for money laundering.

6. Subscription Plans

Wasl offers Free, Premium, and VIP subscription tiers. Premium features require payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Shariah Compliance

While Wasl provides a Shariah compliance filter, we do not provide formal Islamic finance certification. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified Islamic finance scholars.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wasl serves as an introduction platform only and is not responsible for the outcome of any investment or business transaction facilitated through our platform.

9. Termination

Wasl reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or third parties.
